Business package

Your invoices and business mail do not have to arrive at the registered office of the company, send them to us. Business package gives you the opportunity to receive your business mail through us. Your invoices, mail, written notice and similar will be scanned and sent by e-mail, and the originals will be stored until personal pick up or repackaged and sent to the agreed address.

Premium package

    With virtual office service you get a registered office headquarters, administrative experts, e-mail address of your company, mailbox, business address, checking the mail, performing correspondence, telephone line, answering the phone on behalf of your company according to your needs. Using the virtual office service has significant savings in terms of lease of business space, employee salaries, paying utilities and other accompanying business costs.

    Every client who wants to be provided with a mail forwarding service is required to initially pay 50 €  in dinar equivalent for mailing costs. Each individual mail forwarding will be charged in proportion to the amount of postage + 40% of the posting service. We guarantee the discretion when opening the letters that we scan and send you to the agreed address. There is also an option to save letters until you pick them up personally if this option suits you more.

    If you choose TOTAL package or a PREMIUM package, your company will be given the opportunity to apply for a seat at our address.

    TOTAL and PREMIUM  packages offer a option of receiving calls on behalf of your company. Our team of people are answering the phone and receiving information, which is sent to you on the same day on the agreed mail.

    If you want, you can also choose telephone message service. Call our office and get all the information who called you, when and with what information.

    Our team does not do business on your behalf, does not answer questions if somebody asks them over the telephone, but only writes down what people asked, what information they asked, etc.

    Discretion of information received over the phone is guaranteed.

    Working hours of business center Serbia is Monday-Friday from 8:30 am till 4:30 pm (with respect to the official calendar of holidays in the Republic of Serbia).

    The virtual office contract is concluded for a minimum period of 3 months and each subsequent renewal is for 3 months or more.

    The contract is signed with DAD 1989 doo whose project is the business center Serbia.

    The telephone service is for 60 calls per month. If the client receives a higher number of calls than that, an additional cost is 2 € per call (in dinars equivalent).

    Shared phone service means that more companies have the same phone number assigned. The shared phone is within the PREMIUM package while the personal phone line is provided for the TOTAL package.

    Within the TOTAL package you have at your disposal 6 hours use of conference room.

    Within the PREMIUM package you have at your disposal  2 hours use of conference room.
